Vimala and Karthik continue to play pivotal roles in the smooth operation of the house. Vimala, the retreat co-ordinator, is a long-term resident of Tiruvannamalai, originally hailing from South Africa. Kartik, the house manager, has been a proud native of Tiruvannamalai his entire life. Together, they are supported by an incredible team of dedicated staff, ensuring an exceptional experience for all.

I was born and raised in Tiruvannamalai, with my home located near Sangam House. My family's roots in Tiruvannamalai go back four generations. I take pride in having been born here and in being able to work in a sacred place.

Originally from South Africa, I am now a long-time resident of Tiruvannamalai. I enjoy a quiet and simple life here, growing organic vegetables alongside my husband.
